At 93 Archery, we are committed to operating our business with honesty, integrity, and a heart to serve others as Christ calls us to. We aim to treat every customer with fairness and respect, and we ask the same in return. While all sales are generally final, we recognize that unforeseen situations may arise, and we want to handle them in a way that honors the Lord and builds trust with our customers.
Due to the nature of our products and the customization or use of archery and hunting equipment, all purchases are considered final once the transaction is completed.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not functioning as intended:

Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Provide a description of the issue along with supporting photos, if possible.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or damage beyond your control, we will offer a replacement item, store credit, or reasonable resolution at our discretion.
We aim to resolve such issues in a way that is both just and gracious.
3. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
